正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损的效果

分析对牙列缺损患者采用正畸联合口腔种植治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年8月我院收治的80例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，按入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组采用口腔种植治疗，研究组采用正畸联合口腔种植治疗，比较两组口腔功能、美容效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组发音功能、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能及固定功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组面部协调、牙齿整齐、咬合舒适占比均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率为7.50%，低于对照组的27.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 相比于单一口腔种植治疗，正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损的效果更佳，治疗后患者口腔功能恢复情况更好，不良反应发生几率更低，有利于提高牙齿美观度。

Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Oral Implantation in the Treatment of Dentition Defect

To analyze the cosmetic effects of orthodontic treatment combined with oral implantation in the treatmentof dentition defects. Methods A total of 80 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into control group and studygroup, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral implantation, and the study group was treatedwith orthodontics combined with oral implantation. The oral function, cosmetic effect and adverse reactions of the two groupswere compared. Results The scores of pronunciation function, masticatory function, swallowing function and fixation functionin the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Theproportion of facial coordination, neat teeth and occlusal comfort in the study group was higher than that in the control group, andthe difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%, which waslower than 27.50% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with single oralimplantation therapy, orthodontics combined with oral implantation therapy has a better effect on dentition defect. After treatment,the oral function recovery of patients is better, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower, which is conducive to improving theaesthetics of teeth.
