健康指导对剖宫产肥胖产妇切口愈合及美观性的影响

分析健康指导对剖宫产肥胖产妇切口愈合及美观性的影响。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年6月医院收治的100例肥胖产妇作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组实施围术期护理，观察组增加了健康指导，比较两组产妇术后3个月的切口愈合情况、瘢痕情况、切口美观满意度。结果 观察组甲级愈合占比高于对照组，乙级愈合、丙级愈合占比低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组VSS、OSAS、PSAS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组切口美观性满意度为98.00%，高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 健康指导可有效提升剖宫产肥胖产妇的切口愈合效果，改善切口瘢痕情况，且产妇对切口美观性满意度较高。

Effect of Health Guidance on Wound Healing and Aesthetics of Obese ParturientsUndergoing Cesarean Section

To analyze the effect of health guidance on wound healing and aesthetics of obese parturients undergoingcesarean section. Methods A total of 100 obese parturients admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selectedas the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50parturients in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing, and the observation group was given health guidance.The wound healing, scar condition and incision aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared at 3 months after operation.Results The proportion of grade A wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and theproportion of grade B wound healing and grade C wound healing were lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores ofVSS, OSAS and PSAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of incisionaesthetics in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Healthguidance can effectively improve the wound healing effect of obese parturients with cesarean section, improve the wound scar, andthe parturients are more satisfied with the aesthetics of the wound.
