姜黄素防治心力衰竭的药理作用研究进展

摘    要:心力衰竭是高血压、缺血性心脏病、瓣膜性心脏病、冠心病等各种心血管事件常见的终末期临床表现,病理特征以进行性心功能不全和心肌重塑为主。姜黄素可通过抗心肌肥大和纤维化,增强细胞自噬,降低氧化应激反应,减轻心肌炎性损伤,调节Ca2+-ATP酶活性,上调Dickkopf相关蛋白3的表达,多途径防治心力衰竭,进一步阻止心肌重塑,改善心功能。总结了姜黄素防治心力衰竭的研究情况,分析其作用机制,为姜黄素的临床运用提供支持。

Abstract:Heart failure is a common end-stage clinical manifestation of various cardiovascular events, such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, and coronary heart disease. Its pathological features are mainly progressive cardiac insufficiency and myocardial remodeling. Curcumin can inhibit myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis, enhance autophagy, reduce oxidative stress, alleviate myocardial inflammatory damage, regulate Ca2+-ATP ase activity, up-regulate DKK-3 expression, prevent and treat heart failure in multiple ways, further prevent myocardial remodeling, and improve cardiac function. This article summarizes the research progress of curcumin in prevention and treatment of heart failure, analyzes its mechanism of action, and provides support for the clinical application of curcumin.
