激光技术在医学美容中的牙齿美白应用研究

摘    要:研究激光技术在牙齿美白中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2022年1月我院接诊的牙齿 美白患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成A组和B组,每组50例。A组采用冷光,B组采用半导 体激光,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗时间。结果 B组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于 A组的84.00%(P <0.05);随访6个月,B组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于A组的18.00%(P <0.05); B组治疗时间为(72.19±3.28)min,短于A组的(86.39±4.82)min(P <0.05)。结论 激光技术在牙齿美 白中的效果良好,治疗时间短,且随访后期牙齿变色、牙龈敏感不良反应发生率低,值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Laser Technology in Tooth Whitening

Abstract:To study the application effect of laser technology in tooth whitening. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent tooth whitening admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A and group B, with 50 patients in each group. Group A was treated with cold light, and group B was treated with semiconductor laser. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions and treatment time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in group B was 96.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in group A (P <0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 4.00%, which was lower than 18.00% in group A (P <0.05). The treatment time of group B was (72.19±3.28) min, which was shorter than (86.39±4.82) min of group A (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of laser technology for tooth whitening is good, the treatment time is short, and the incidence of adverse reactions of tooth discoloration and gingival sensitivity is low in the late follow-up period, which is worthy of clinical application.
