摘    要:脱水淫羊藿素(anhydroicaritin,AHI)是一种从小檗科多年生植物淫羊藿中提取分离的天然异戊烯基取代的黄酮类化合物,是淫羊藿苷类的一种。AHI具有较强的药理活性,如抗肿瘤、骨保护、抗病毒、抗炎、调血脂等,可以通过淫羊藿苷降解法(蜗牛酶解法、酸解-酶解法、酶解-酸解法及混酸法)及化学合成法制备得到。对近年来AHI的制备方法及药理活性研究进行回顾与整理,为AHI的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Anhydroicaritin (AHI) is a natural isopentenylated flavonoids isolated from the perennial plant epimedium of family Berberidaceae, and a metabolite of epimedium glycosides. It has various pharmacological effects, such as antitumor, bone protection, antivirus, anti-inflammation and antiatheroscloresis. AHI can be obtained by icariin degradation (enzymatic hydrolysis using snailase, enzymatic hydrolysis-acidolysis and mixing acid) and chemical synthesis. This paper reviewed the research progress on the preparation methods of AHI and its pharmacological activities in recent years, aiming to provide references for further research on AHI.
