二氧化锆全瓷牙在牙齿美学修复中的效果

观察二氧化锆全瓷牙在牙齿美学修复中的效果。方法 选取安徽医科大学第一附属医院2018年9月-2023年9月收治的70例牙齿美学修复患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各35例。对照组予以钴铬合金烤瓷牙修复，观察组予以二氧化锆全瓷牙修复，比较两组美学效果、临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组牙体色泽、牙体外形、面部情况及整体美观度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的88.57%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组生理职能、生理功能、心理健康、社会功能、生命活力、情感职能、躯体疼痛及总体健康水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为2.86%，低于对照组的17.14%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 牙齿美学修复中应用二氧化锆全瓷牙能提高治疗效果，且美观度较高，可降低不良反应风险，提高患者生活质量，值得临床应用。

Effect of Zirconia All-ceramic Teeth in Dental Aesthetic Restoration

To observe the effect of zirconia all-ceramic teeth in dental aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 70 patientswith dental aesthetic restoration admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from September 2018 toSeptember 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to randomnumber table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given cobalt-chromium porcelain dental restoration, andthe observation group was given zirconia all-ceramic dental restoration. Aesthetic effects, therapeutic effects, adverse reactions andquality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of tooth color, tooth shape, facial condition and overallaesthetics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 88.57% in the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The physiological function, physiological function, mental health,social function, vitality, emotional function, body pain and overall health level of the observation group were higher than those of thecontrol group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation groupwas 2.86%, which was lower than 17.14% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe application of zirconia all-ceramic teeth in dental aesthetic restoration can improve the treatment effect, and the aesthetics is high.Meanwhile, it can reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
