| 摘 要： | 目前,很多地区公共卫生经费投入主观性较强,缺少成本测算数据的支持。拟在抽样调查上海市5区、县开展社区公共卫生服务情况的基础上,以时间分配系数法为主,对社区公共卫生服务优先项目服务包成本进行测算,为上海市社区公共卫生服务均等化政府投入提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | At present, the input of public health in quite a lot of districts involve too much subjective factors, while lacks the support of the data of cost accounting. The study mainly used time-distribution coefficient method to measure the cost of the prior service package of essential public health services of community, based on sampling survey on the condition of carrying out essential public health services of community in 5 districts in Shanghai, and gave reference to the governmental input in the process of the equalization of public health services in the community of Shanghai. |
