经尿道前列腺电切术及电汽化术治疗前列腺增生症(附31例报告)

目的:为探讨前列腺增生症（BPH）的有效治疗方法。方法:分期应用经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）、经尿道前列腺汽化术（TVP）及两者结合使用治疗BPH患者31例。结果:TURP期出血多、易发生经尿道电切综合征（TURS）,但切割速度快,可做到精细切割;TVP期出血少,不易发生TURS,但汽化速度慢,且不易做精细汽化;TURP结合TVP期出血少、手术时间短,可做精细操作。结论:TURP及TVP均是治疗BPH的有效方法,但两者结合使用效果更佳。

The combined use of transurethral electrovaporization and transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia(31 cases)

Objective To study the effect of the combined use of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate (TVP) and transurethral resection of the prostate( TURP) in treament of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) . Method TVP and TURP were con-comitantly performed for 31 cases of BPH by stages. Results The advantages of TURP was incision quick and accurate, but TURP was easy to bleed and occur TURS. The advantages of TVP was difficult to occur TURS and bleed, but TVP vaporized slow and didn' t vaporize accurately. The procedure of the combined use of TURP and TVP had the advantages of them and was safe and effective with fewer complication. Conclusion Both TURP and TVP were the ideal treament for BPH, but the effect of the combined use them was better.
