高氧化还原电位酸性水对细菌芽胞的杀灭效果

摘    要:以悬液定量杀菌试验,检测高氧化还原电位酸性水(EOW)对细菌芽胞的杀灭效果。结果,EOW氧化还原电位( ORP)为 1260 mV, PH值为 2.25时,作用 10 min,对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达100%。杀灭率随EOW ORP降低、PH值升高而下降。

Abstract:The suspension quantitative bactericidal test was use to examine the sporicidal efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) with high redox potential. The results indicated that when the redox potential (ORP) of EOW was 1260 mV and PH was 2.25, the killing rate of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension exposed to EOW for 10 min attained 100%. The killing rate decreased with decreasing EOW ORP and increasing PH.
