| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡的临床效果.方法:57例老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者采用烧伤膏治疗.结果:本组28例创面由肉芽组织生长充填,封闭创面,26例经在培养的新鲜肉芽组织采用创面微粒皮种植术封闭创面,3例创面经积极处理后好转自动出院.结论:烧伤膏对老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of MEBO on old patient with diabetic skin ulcer.Method: The 57 cases of old patients with diabetic skin ulcer were treated with MEBO.Result:The wounds in 28 cases of them were closed with fully growth of granulation tissue;the wounds of other 26 eases were closed after micro-particle autograf- ring at the neo-regenerated cultivated granulation tissue wound;rest 3 cases were discharged because of previously getting better after timely treatment at the local wound.Conc... |
