| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胸腺上皮细胞的异质性及甲状腺功能降低时大鼠胸腺上皮细胞的变化。方法 将断乳后1月的Wistar大鼠分为2组：正常组饲以正常饲料，饮用自来水；低碘组饲以低碘饲料，饮用去离子水。饲养3个月后测定各组大鼠血清甲状腺素及胸腺指数，同时对大鼠胸腺进行透射电镜观察。结果 低碘组大鼠血清甲状腺激素及胸腺指数显著降低。胸腺上皮细胞发生了3种变化：(1)细胞角蛋白增多；(2)囊泡增大和(或)小泡增多；(3)细胞降解。结论 不同部位的胸腺上皮细胞对甲状腺功能低下的反应不同。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the heterogenecity of thymic epithelial cells and their reactions to thyroid hormone deficiency.Methods Wistar rats,1 month after stopping laction,were divided into 2 groups.Normal group was fed with normal-iodine food and drink tap water.Low iodine group was fed with low-iodine food and drink deicon water.Three months later,thyroid hormone in serum,thymic index were measured and thymic epithelial cells were observed by electron microscopy.Results Thyroid hormone and thymic index decreased drastically in low iodine group.Thymic epithelial cells had three kinds of drastic changes on ultrastructure:(1)Tonofilaments increased significantly;(2)Many vacuoles and vesicles could be seen;(3)Degeneration of cell membrane.Conclusions Thymic eithelial cells in different area have various reactions to thyroid hormone deficiency. |
