| 摘 要： | 目的：观察高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法：将117例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿根据治疗方法不同,随机分为高压氧组和对照组,高压氧组60例,对照组57例。高压氧组在常规治疗基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果：高压氧组患儿临床症状改善较对照组效果明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：高压氧是治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Method According to the different treatment methods,117 cases with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were devided into hyperbaric oxygen group and comparison group randomly,and 60 cases in hyperbaric oxygen group,57 cases in comparison group.Hyperbaric oxygen group was treated by hyperbaric oxygen based on routine treatment. Results The clinical manifestations of hyperbaric oxygen group improved more effectively than comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen is the effective method for neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. |
