Abstract:bjective To design and implement a configurable and resolvable high performance quality control system for semi-structured data of electronic medical records (EMR). Methods A model of general quality control rules for semi-structured data of EMR was designed by analyzing 30 quality control rules for EMR. The performance of resolved semi-structured data files of EMR in two sets of technological stacks was compared. The quality control system for semi- structured data of EMR was designed and implemented based on the model of general quality control rules for semi-structure data of EMR. Results The quality control rules for semi-structured data of EMR showed a good configurability and expansibility. The resolvability of semi-structured data of EMR was significantly higher in Node js + xm12 js technological stack than in Java +J2EE+ SAXParser technological stack. The configurable high performance quality control system for structured data of EMR was designed and implemented based on the model of quality control rules for semi-structured data of EMR and technological stacks. Conclusion The quality control system for semi-semi-structured data of EMR based on the configurable quality control model for semi-structured data of EMR can avoid the development and maintenance pressure brought about by the change of rules. The performance of Node js is much better than that of traditional open architecture J2EE in resolving the semi-structured data of EMR.
