国际突发公共卫生事件研究主题演化分析

目的:探究国际突发公共卫生事件研究的主题演化。方法:以2021年以前Web of Science中有关突发公共卫生事件的2509篇文献作为分析对象,使用SciMAT软件制作关键词重叠图、战略坐标图和主题演化路径图,对不同时间段国际突发公共卫生事件研究的核心主题和演化路径进行分析。结果:较为明显的主题演化路径有4条,分别是防护与治疗、灾害环境污染、应急响应系统和公众心理干预。结论:突发公共卫生事件领域的相关研究随着时间的推移,其内容不断丰富,主题类团演化能力不断增强,演化路径日趋平稳。早期的研究热点集中于防治与应对领域,随着时间的推移,研究热点逐渐由防治与应对转变为利用各类系统对突发公共卫生事件进行事前监测。利用信息系统进行事前监测的算法模型和与公众进行风险沟通将成为未来研究的热点。

Evolution of subjects in studies on international public health emergencies

Objective To study the evolution of subjects in studies on international public health emergencies. Methods The core subjects and their evolution paths in studies on international public health emergencies in different periods of time were analyzed by plotting the key words overlap graph, strategic coordinate graph and subject evolution path graph using SciMAT with 2509 papers on public health emergencies covered in Web of Science before 2021 as the analysis object. Results The main subject evolution paths were protection and treatment, disaster environment pollution, emergency response system and public mental intervention. Conclusion The contents in studies on public health emergencies are richer and richer, the evolution ability of subject class group is stronger and stronger, and the evolution path is more and more stable with the lapse of time. The hot spots in early studies on public health emergencies are focused on prevention and treatment and are gradually changed from prevention and treatment to pre-monitoring of public health emergencies by making use of various information systems. The communication in the risk of public health emergencies between the algorithm model for pre-monitoring of public health emergencies by making use of information system and the public will become the hot spot in future studies on public health emergencies.
