| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨关节镜下应用内置纽扣(endo-button)系统重建膝关节交叉韧带的临床效果.方法:关节镜下利用自体肌腱或异体胫前肌腱,应用endo-button系统治疗36例膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者.结果:对患者进行Lysholm、Tegner和IKDC膝关节功能评分,前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤患者术前平均为(51.8±3.7)、(2.4±0.21)和(63.6±5.2)分,术后提高到(90.3±2.3)、(6.7±0.16)和(95.6±3.4)分;后交叉韧带(PCL)损伤患者术前平均为(56.7±3.5)、(2.8±0.24)和(67.2±6.1)分,术后提高到(93.1±3.2)、(6.9±0.22)和(96.9±4.2)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).经3、6、12个月X线照片及 MRI复查均未见关节间隙变窄,无骨隧道扩大、ACL髁间窝撞击及挤压螺钉松脱.结论:关节镜下应用endo-button系统重建膝关节交叉韧带能最大限度恢复膝关节功能,术后并发症少.
