| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统在乳腺良性肿块切除术中的应用价值。方法:对182例患者(224个乳腺肿块)在超声引导下行微创旋切术,超声实时监测肿块切除全过程,切除组织均送病理学检查。结果:182例(224个肿块)均一次完全切除,手术时间7～50 min,平均时间28.5 min;旋切次数3～21次,平均12次;切出瘤组织标本为圆柱状。术中出血1～10 ml,平均5.5 ml。病理报告:9例为非典型增生,3例为导管内乳头状瘤,7例为囊肿(其中1例为大汗腺囊肿),136例为乳腺纤维腺瘤(其中1例为泌乳腺瘤),其余为腺病伴纤维瘤形成趋势。术后切口愈合好,无感染发生。结论:超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统可取材活检,到达早期诊断和治疗乳腺病变的目的,具有定位准确、安全、切除彻底、创伤小、并发症少等优点,是一项值得推广的乳腺微创技术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the application value of the ultrasound-guided Mammotome device in the treatment of benign breast mass.Methods: Breast masses(224) from 182 cases were removed by the Ultrasound-guided Mammotome device,and all the tissues resected were sent for pathologicl examination.Results: All the masses were excised at one time.The operation time was 7-50 min,mean time was 28.5 min.Frequency was 3-21 times,on average 12 times.Shape of specimens was cylindrical.Blood loss in surgery was about 110 m... |
