| 摘 要： | 目的:研究地龙有效成分对体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞(HMC)增殖的影响,并探讨其防治糖尿病肾病的可能作用机制。方法:将常规培养的HMC分为正常对照组、地龙有效成分低、中、高剂量组,分别给予相应处理后24h采用4-甲偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞增殖。结果:与空白对照组相比,各药物组均不同程度的抑制了正常HMC的增殖,其中,中剂量药物组对HMC细胞的增殖抑制作用最为显著(P0.01),低剂量和高剂量组也能够抑制HMC细胞的增殖(P0.05)。结论:地龙有效成分能够抑制HMC的增殖,中剂量组效果最佳。
