| 摘 要： | 目的通过对入选患者行内皮功能、动脉弹性等方面多种无创指标的检测,评价这些指标在冠脉早期病变患者中的变化情况及临床意义。方法对入选的123例患者行冠脉造影患者,根据冠脉造影的结果分为正常对照组、早期冠状动脉病变组、冠状动脉粥样硬化组,检测各组多种无创性检测指标(NO、ET-L、VWF、baPWV、cIMT、hs-CRP)。结果与正常对照组比较,早期冠状动脉病变组和冠状动脉粥样硬化组的NO水平下降,ET-L、VWF、baPWV、cIMT、hs-CRP等指标呈升高趋势。Logistic回归分析发现,baPWV、NO、ET-1是影响冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的相关因素。结论内皮功能受损、动脉弹性等方面多种无创指标的改变参与了冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生与发展。
