| 摘 要： | 目的探讨水通道蛋白5(AQP5)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测AQP5在35例正常宫颈组织和50例宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达。结果 AQP5在正常宫颈组织中几乎不表达,在宫颈鳞癌组织中主要位于细胞质膜上,在宫颈鳞癌组织中平均阳性表达率36.89%。宫颈鳞癌组织中表达显著高于正常对照组织。AQP5的表达高低和宫颈鳞癌淋巴结转移密切相关,和年龄、肿瘤大小、分级、FIGO分期无关。结论 AQP5在宫颈鳞癌中高表达,且表达量与淋巴结转移相关,可能成为宫颈鳞癌的预后指标。
