| 摘 要： | 目的观察斑蝥酸钠维生素B6腹腔灌注联合热灌注化疗治疗恶性腹水的疗效。方法将76例恶性腹水患者随机分成联合治疗组(24例)和对照组(23例),治疗组给予斑蝥酸钠维生素B6配合热灌注化疗进行治疗,对照组单纯给予热灌注化疗治疗,观察疗效和不良反应。结果联合治疗组有效率为66.7%,对照组为34.8%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。联合治疗组生活质量改善均优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。所有患者均顺利完成腹腔灌注,患者耐受好。结论斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合热灌注化疗治疗恶性腹水,加强腹腔热灌注化疗的抗肿瘤效应,改善晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量,耐受性好。
