| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期呼吸支持技术对重度急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者疗效和预后的影响。方法选择重度AOPP患者68例,分为治疗组35例,对照组33例。2组基础治疗相同,治疗组在基础治疗上采用早期呼吸支持。结果与对照组比较,治疗组吸入性肺炎、阿托品中毒等并发症明显减少、死亡率显著降低、呼吸机使用时间明显减少、住院天数缩短。结论采用早期呼吸支持技术能改善重度AOPP患者预后,降低病死率,治疗效果明显,已成为重度AOPP治疗措施中必要而有效的选择。
