血管内皮祖细胞治疗缺血性心脏病的研究进展

内皮祖细胞是内皮细胞的前体细胞,是一类能够迁移、增殖,并分化为成熟血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,属于干细胞群体,参与人胚胎血管生成及出生后血管新生和内皮损伤后的修复过程,还可在一定条件下分化为心肌细胞。近年来的研究表明其与冠心病发生、发展及治疗的关系密切,为冠心病治疗提供了新思路。本文就内皮祖细胞的生物学特性及其在缺血性心脏病中的临床研究现状予以综述。

Progress about Endothelial Progenitor Cells in Treating Ischemic Heart Disease

Endothelial progenitor cell is the procell of endothelial cells, which can migrate, proliferate and differentiate the procell of mature vessel endothelial cells. They belong to stem cells, which participate not only the embryonic vaseularization, but also the vascular neogenesis after born and repair process after endothelial injury. The recent researches suggested that endothelial progenitor ceils should be related to Coronary heart disease closely about its genesis ,development and therapy. EPC prcovides a new ideas for the treatment of coronary heart disease. This article reviewed the biological characteristics and clinical studies of endothelial progenitor cells in iscbemic heart disease.
