| 摘 要： | 目的探讨E-CAD与MMP-7在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测E-CAD和MMP-7在正常大肠黏膜、腺瘤及大肠癌中的表达,并分析两者与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果E-CAD在正常黏膜、腺瘤、大肠癌组织中的阳性表达逐渐降低,在腺瘤及大肠癌的表达明显低于正常黏膜。正常黏膜、腺瘤、大肠癌组织中MMP-7阳性表达逐渐增高,并且后两组MMP-7的表达明显高于正常黏膜,但腺瘤与大肠癌之间并无显著性差异。随着临床分期的增高、浸润深度的增加及是否伴淋巴结转移,E-CAD表达降低,MMP-7表达增高,并且两者之间存在负相关。结论E-CAD和MMP-7在大肠癌发生过程中起了重要作用,E-CAD表达降低、MMP-7表达增高,是大肠癌浸润和转移的重要促进因素。综合分析E-CAD和MMP-7的表达水平,有助于判断病情,两者的联合检测有望成为大肠癌早期诊断及浸润转移的重要指标,对病人的治疗及预后评估具有一定的临床价值。
