高职护生首次参加老年护理服务性学习的反思与体会

摘    要:目的:了解高职护生首次参加老年护理服务性学习的体会。方法:采用质性研究的方法。随机整群抽取我校2016级高职护生48名为研究对象,将服务性学习引入老年护理实践教学,收集护生完成第一次服务性学习后书写的反思日志,并按照colaizzi的资料分析法进行分析。结果: 形成5个主题:对老年人的积极接纳;对老年护理和服务性学习的认识加深;学习方面的提高;加强了社会责任感;认识到团队协作的重要性。结论:服务性学习模式在服务社会的同时促进护生学习和职业态度的积极转变,提高学生综合素质,有利于老年护理事业的发展。

Reflection and experience of higher vocational nursing students to participate in the service learning of elderly nursing for the first time

Abstract:Objective To explore the experience of higher vocational nursing students to take part in the service learning of elderly nursing for the first time. MethodsS The qualitativeSresearch was used and a sample of 48 higher vocational nursing students was recruited with cluster sampling method. The service learning was introduced into the practice teaching of geriatric nursing. The reflective journals written by nursing students after the first service learning were collected and analyzed according to the data analysis method of Colaizzi. Results There are 5 themes including the acceptance of the elderly actively, deepening understanding of the elderly nursing and service learning, improvement of learning , strengthening the sense of social responsibility and recognizing the importance of teamwork. Conclusion The service learning mode promotes the transformation of nursing students" learning and professional attitude while improving the comprehensive quality of the students. It is conducive to the development of elderly nursing.
