| 摘 要： | 目的:观察龙眼壳总黄酮对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法:120只雄性W istar大鼠随机分为脑缺血再灌注组,龙眼壳总黄酮高、中、低剂量组,尼莫地平对照组,假手术组。给药组术前连续灌胃14d,于末次给药60m in后行手术,采用大脑中动脉局灶性缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血2h再灌注24h后,龙眼壳总黄酮对各药物组大鼠脑梗死体积、脑含水量及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。结果:与脑缺血再灌注模型组相比,龙眼壳总黄酮能够降低大鼠脑梗死体积和脑含水量,抑制脑组织中MDA的生成、降低NO含量、抑制NOS活性、提高SOD的活性。结论:龙眼壳总黄酮对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与其抗自由基和抑制NO生成有关。
