龟鹿二仙胶颗粒对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的:研究龟鹿二仙颗粒对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法:W istar雄性大鼠随机分组,正常对照组皮下注射生理盐水,模型对照组和各给药防治组大鼠均每日皮下注射D-半乳糖1.2g/kg,同时各防治组灌服龟鹿二仙颗粒或维生素E,连续造模给药16周,16周末各组大鼠腹主动脉采血分离血清,并取心、肝、肾组织冰浴匀浆,检测血清、组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以评价龟鹿二仙胶颗粒对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠抗氧化功能影响。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型对照组血清、心、肝、肾匀浆SOD、GSH-Px活力显著降低,MDA含量显著增高。与模型对照组相比,各给药防治组SOD、GSH-Px活力显著增高,MDA含量显著降低。结论:龟鹿二仙胶颗粒对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠具有显著提高抗氧化能力的作用。
