| 摘 要： | 目的:对雷公藤提取物进行血清药物化学研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在相同色谱条件下分别测定雷公藤提取物、大鼠灌胃给予雷公藤提取物后不同时间点含药血清、空白血清、雷公藤对照品指纹图谱,通过比较图谱中各成分相对保留时间(RRT),分析雷公藤提取物入血成分及各成分随时间的动态变化规律。结果:雷公藤提取物给药后24h内血中先后出现了8个移行成分,其中5个为雷公藤提取物所含成分的原形,2个为新产生的代谢产物,1个为血清固有成分。雷公藤内酯醇为8个移行成分之一。各成分入血时间不同,但都呈现先升高后下降的浓度趋势。结论:对雷公藤提取物进行血清药物化学研究,可初步筛选出其在体内作用的活性成分。
