叶黄素对二甲基甲酰胺所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:用生化及病理学方法研究叶黄素对二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将48只小鼠随机分为4组,分别为对照组、DMF模型组、20mg/kg及40mg/kg叶黄素处理组。小鼠连续灌胃叶黄素5天,对照组和DMF模型组给予等体积玉米油。灌胃叶黄素3天后,除对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,其余三组均一次性腹腔注射1.5g/kg DMF。DMF染毒48h后,所有动物内眦取血,处死后剖取肝脏,检测其AST、ALT等指标。结果:DMF模型组小鼠血清ALT和AST活性显著升高,肝脏组织匀浆中MDA含量明显增加,SOD活性升高。叶黄素可降低血清AST及ALT活性及肝组织SOD活性、MDA水平,改善肝脏损伤小鼠病理组织学变化。结论:叶黄素通过抗氧化作用对DMF所致肝脏毒性具有一定保护作用。
