| 摘 要： | 目的:研究孔圣枕中丹及其拆方对小鼠的镇静作用和催眠作用。方法:正交试验设计,采用光电计数法观察灌胃给予孔圣枕中丹及其拆方对小鼠自发活动的影响;采用延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验,观察孔圣枕中丹及其拆方的催眠作用。结果:孔圣枕中丹及其拆方有减少小鼠自主活动的趋势;可协同催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用,活性较弱;具有较弱的诱导阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠产生睡眠的趋势,但无统计学差异;正交分析,龙骨活性较强。结论:孔圣枕中丹具有较弱的镇静催眠作用。
