昆仙胶囊对阿霉素诱导的肾病综合征大鼠的治疗作用

摘    要:目的:观察昆仙胶囊对阿霉素诱导大鼠肾病综合征的治疗作用。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠尾静脉一次性注射阿霉素6mg/kg建立大鼠肾病综合征模型,分为模型组、激素组(7.5 mg/kg)、昆仙胶囊大(30 g/kg)、中(15 g/kg)及小剂量组(7.5 g/kg),正常对照组大鼠注射等体积生理盐水。连续灌胃52天,每周检测各组大鼠大鼠24 h尿蛋白水平,实验结束时取血测定血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐;取肾组织观察病理学改变并对其损害程度进行半定量评分。结果:与模型组比较,昆仙胶囊各剂量组24 h尿蛋白水平显著降低,血清总胆固醇水平显著升高,昆仙胶囊15g/kg、7.5g/kg组能显著降低模型大鼠血清甘油三酯水平,减轻肾小球病理损伤(P<0.01);昆仙胶囊30g/kg和15g/kg也能显著改善模型大鼠肾小管间质损害(P<0.01)。结论:昆仙胶囊对阿霉素诱导的大鼠肾病综合征有良好的治疗作用,其作用机制与改善脂代谢紊乱和减少尿蛋白有关。
