| 摘 要： | 目的:观察心绞痛患者血清缺血修饰白蛋白(ischemia modified albumin,IMA)浓度的改变并探讨其临床意义。方法:观察对象88例分为3组:不稳定性心绞痛组34例,稳定性心绞痛组24例,正常对照组30例。用全自动生化分析仪法测定血清IMA并行超声心动图检查评价室壁运动和心功能。结果:不稳定性心绞痛患者的血清IMA水平明显高于稳定性心绞痛和对照组,P<0.01;而稳定性心绞痛的患者与对照组之间无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:血清IMA浓度在不稳定性心绞痛的患者中明显升高。
