一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿112例临床观察

目的：为探讨肛周脓肿一期根治术的临床疗效，以减少手术复发率。方法：对112例肛周脓肿采用一期根治术。结果：术后伤口用痔洗1号中药液薰洗坐浴，九华膏油纱条换药，一次性治愈109例，占97．30％。92例随访3个月至2年，均无复发。结论：该术式具有疗效高，疗程短，痛苦小，复发率低等优点。

Primary Incision Plus Radical Operation in the Treatment of Periamal Abscess-Clinical Observation of 112 Cases

Objective:A Clinical studg was made to analyse the theraputic effect of primary incision plus radical operation,in perianal abscess.Methods:To decrease the recurrence rate of postoperation,primary incision plus radical operation was applied in treatment in 112 cases of perianal abscess,and sit bath wound with herb of NO.1 Zhi Xi made in our haspital and wounds were washed with ribbon gauEe of Jiuhua oilment. Results:The postoperaative cure rate by the first treatment was 109(97.3%)No relapse was found during the 3 month to 2year's follow up of 92 cases.Conclusion:Showed that this surgical methord has the advantages of better therapeutic effect,shorter treatment course with better therapeutic effect,and less pain.
