浅析无菌层流病房中护理风险事件识别和防范

目的:探讨无菌层流病房中存在的护理风险事件。方法:从病人心理因素、护理人员技术水平和专业知识的差异性、法律意识淡薄、病人和家属对疾病预后的不可知、药物影响严重不适等方面进行分析,找出有可能存在的容易引起护理纠纷和隐患的因素。针对其原因从强化病人知情权,加强护理人员专业素质的培训,细化护理工作流程,贯彻核心制度,增强护理人员的法律意识和服务意识等方面加强管理。结果:提高了护理服务品质,改善了护患关系,提高了护理质量和工作效率。

Identification and prevention of nursing risk events in laminar flow sterile ward

Objective： To explore the current status of nursing risk events in laminar flow sterile ward. Methods： We collected and analyzed all of the information which maybe related to nursing risk events, including patients＇ mental factors, nurses＇ professional knowledge and skills, legal consciousness, attitude of patients and their family members on disease prognosis, and side effects of medication. After finding the causes, we intensified management in several aspects, including emphasizing patients＇ right to know, enhancing nurses＇ professional ability training, standardizing work flow, implementing nursing core principles, and improving nurses＇ legal and service consciousness. Results： Our intervention increased nursing care quality and work efficiency. Meanwhile, the relationship between nurses and patients also got improvement.
