| Abstract: | Summary An asymptomatic boy was found to have coarctation of the thoracic aorta. Despite no history of endocarditis or trauma, a large
saccular aneurysm involving the coarctation site was identified angiographically, confirmed, resected surgically, and examined
histologically. |
