摘    要:目的保证全国地氟病重点监测点氟检测结果的准确性与可信度,为监测工作提供可靠的资料。方法通过对全国20个省(市)监测点高、低2种浓度外质控水样测定结果的分析,评价各实验室测定结果的精密度和准确度。结果除个别省氟检测结果存在小的系统误差,其余各省检测质量基本合格。结论全国各省监测点外环境水氟数据资料是准确、可靠的,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To guarantee the accuracy and credi bility of fluoride contents determined by the key monitoring sites for national endemic fluorosis and to provide reliable data for surveillance.Methods The results of fluoride contents in two set o f water samples of different concentrations determined by the surveillant depart ments of twenty provinces in China mainland were analyzed, and their precision a nd accuracy of the results were assessed.Results Only one or two surveillance departments had sl ight systematic error. The others' results were reached the accepted standard.Conclusions The data of water fluoride contents determi ned by the key monitoring departments for national endemic fluorosis are accurat e and reliable. They are of actual value to application.
