摘    要:在便携式呼吸机中引入闭环控制,能够增强便携式呼吸机的性能,使便携式呼吸机的使用更为安全、有效。将肺的力学性质、呼气末期二氧化碳分压(PetCO2),血氧饱和度(SaO2)作为反馈信号,控制呼吸机的工作与调整,在不影响便携性能的基础上,增强便携式呼吸机治疗效果。

Abstract:Making use of closed-loop control for portable medical ventilator can enhance the performance of portable medical ventilator and make it more safe. Using the respiratory mechanics, end-tidal CO2 pressure(PetCO2), arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2) as feedback signal to control the medical ventilator will improve the therapeutic efficacy, but wouldn't affect its applicability.
