| 摘 要： | 本文报告6例颅内动脉瘤术中破裂的应急处理。6例中5例后交通动脉瘤在分离瘤颈部蛛网膜时破裂出血;1例前交通动脉瘤在夹闭瘤颈后出血。术中5例做了瘤颈夹闭,1例只夹闭了破裂口。术后4例痊愈,无任何并发症,1例偏瘫失语,1例死亡。本文对术中发生破裂出血的紧急处理进行了简要讨论。

| Abstract: | Six cases of urgent treatment of bleeding that occurred during operations for in-tracranial aneurysm are reported, including 5 cases of bleeding during the separation ofthe arachnoid of the aneurysmal neck and 1 cases of bleeding on the clipping of the a-neurysmal neck. 5 cases were treated by clipping the aneurysmal neck and 1 by clippingthe ruptured hole. After operation, 4 cases recovered without any complication, 1 de-veloped hemiplegia and 1 died. The urgent treatment of bleeding operation is discussedin this article. |
