不同剂量参芍胶囊对动脉粥样硬化大鼠肾损害的保护作用

目的 观察不同剂量参芍胶囊对动脉粥样硬化大鼠肾损害的影响.方法 将50只Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组.模型组给予大量高尿酸饮食,制成肾损害模型,对照组给予普通饮食,高、中、低剂量组在给予高尿酸饮食的同时给予高、中、低剂量的参芍胶囊治疗;6周后分别测定各组大鼠肾组织分泌的一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平.结果 模型组大鼠肾组织中NO、NOS、SOD水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);给予参芍胶囊治疗后大鼠肾组织中NO、NOS、SOD水平较治疗前升高,而MDA降低,其中仅中剂量组各指标水平与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中剂量参芍胶囊对动脉粥样硬化造成的肾损害有保护作用.

Protective Effects of Shenshao Capsules on Renal Damage in Rats with Atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the effects of shenshao capsules on kidney function of rats with atherosclerosis.Methods Fifty SD rats were divided into groups control,model,high-dose,middle-dose,low-dose.Model group were given a great quantity of high uric acid diet to establish renal injury models,control given ordinary diet,the other 3 groups given Shenshao capsules in high,medium,low doses,respectively.The levels of NO,Nitric-Oxide synthase(NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected after 6 weeks.Results The levels of NO,NOS,SOD in renal tissues were lower in model group than in control(P＜0.05),but MDA level was higher(P＜0.05).NO,NOS,SOD increased,MDA decreased after shenshao treatment as compared with pretreatment,but only medium-dose group was significantly different from model group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Medium-dose shenshao capsules have protective effect on renal damage caused by atherosclerosis.
