支气管哮喘静息期药物应用的研究

支气管哮喘发作期的药物治疗是必要的,且效果肯定。而静息期的药物防治是否有必要?该怎样用药?则文献报道甚少。本文根据支气管哮喘诊断标准(试行方案)在专科门诊随机抽取支气管哮喘静息期患者17名,选用支气管扩张剂氨茶碱十舒喘灵雾化吸入,观察用药前后肺通气功能各指标的变化。结果提示支气管哮喘患者在静息期仍有不同程度的阻塞性通气功能障碍者,该期的药物应用对于解除这种阻塞效果显著。因此,认为对于该病例静息期用药对于防治哮喘的发作是有效的,且亦必要。

STUDY OF DRUG APPLICATION IN RELAXED PERIOD OF ASTHMA

Drug treatment is necessary and effective for the patient with acute bronchial asthmas. But, for the patient during the relaxed period ( without onset ) , is it necessary to use the drug for treatment and prevention and to know how to use the drug? there is few reported artical. 17 patiens in the relaxed period of bronchial asthma were chosen randomly according to the diagnostic Standard of Bronchial asthmaCThe Tetative Scheme)at the special out patient department. Every index of pulmonary functions were tested before and after the use of Aminophylline ( Tab ) and salbutamol ( Inhal ) . The results indicate that the patients in the relaxed period still have various degree of airway obstruction and the drug treatment is helpful to relieve this obstruction. So, it is necessary and effective for the patient during the relaxed period to use these drugs to treat and prevent the attack of bronchial asthma.
