宫颈鳞状细胞癌的PCNA表达及意义

目的 研究增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化S－P法检测31例宫颈鳞癌及10例正常宫颈组织中PCNA表达。结果 宫颈鳞癌PCNA强阳性率为61．3％，正常宫颈组织均为弱阳性，两者差异有显著性（P＜0．05），PCNA强阳性表达与组织学分级有关（P＜0．05）而与其它临床病理因素无关（P＞0．05）。结论 检测宫颈鳞癌组织中PCNA表达有助于判断细胞的增殖活性及预后判断。

Significance and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antige nin squamous cell carcinoma of cervix

Objective To study the significance and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix. Methods Using immunohistochemistry S P method, PCNA was examined in 31 case of squamous cell carcinomas and 10 cases of normal cervical tissues. Results The strong positive rate of PCNA was 61 3% in cervical squamous cell carcinomas.Weak positivity was seen in all normal cervical tissues. There was significant difference between squamous cell carcinomas and normal cervical tissues ( P <0 05). The expressions of PCNA were related to the differentiation of squamous cell carcinomas in cervix, but no relationship was found between PCNA and other clinic pathological factors ( P >0 05). Conclusion Our data indicates that examination of PCNA assist in evaluating proliferating activity and prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinomas.
