| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨慢传输型便秘（STC）的中医证型特点。方法]将97例STC患者作为观察对象，分析各证型与结肠运输功能的相关性。结果]气虚肠燥证32例，占33．0％，气阴两虚证27例，占27．8％，热结气滞证16例，占16．5％，脾肾阳虚证22例，占22．7％；72小时排出率（TCI％）各证型比较（P〈0．01）；72h的传输指数（TI）均小于0．5；气虚肠燥证、热结气滞证、脾肾阳虚证间TI比较（P％0．01）有统计学意义。结论]慢传输型便秘的常见中医证型有气虚肠燥证、气阴两虚证、热结气滞证、脾肾阳虚证。
