| Abstract: | Breast and cervical cancer are the two most common cancers in female. However, owing to the contrasting risk factors, synchronous breast and cervical cancer has very rarely been reported. However, noncommunicable disease like cardiovascular disease and different infections has tended to make situations complicated because of complex interaction. In recent years, such cases are being seen frequently and their management is challenging. We report such a case of synchronous breast and cervical cancer complicated by HIV infection and myocardial infarction. This highlights the importance of a wide spectrum of clinical knowledge and skill and interdisciplinary coordination. |
