| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经阴道彩超对流产后极少量胚胎组织残留的诊断价值。方法：对60例流产后两周左右阴道不规则流血者经腹部彩色多普勒超声（TAS-CD）检查未见明显异常者,改行经阴道彩色多普勒超声（TVS-CD）检查,并对两者检查结果进行对比。结果：经TVS-CD检查15例于宫腔内见极少量残留（直径少于0.6 cm）,其中13例于残留物内部或近宫腔处局部肌层检测到类滋养动脉血流。3例二维图像未见异常者,于近宫底处肌层探及到类滋养动脉血流。TVS-CD的漏诊率比TAS-CD低30%。结论：TVS-CD可以减少极少量胚胎残留的漏诊率,对临床处理具有重要的指导价值。
