2005-2009年湖北省国家级血吸虫病监测点人群病情监测

目的掌握2005-2009年湖北省国家级血吸虫病监测点人群病情变化趋势,为制定全省血吸虫病防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的要求,开展16个监测点的人群病情监测工作,并将5年的人群病情监测各项指标进行统计分析。结果 2005-2009年,16个监测点人群血吸虫感染率呈逐年下降趋势,不同类型流行村人群感染率以二类村最高,洲垸型流行区显著高于丘陵型;不同年龄组人群感染率呈现随年龄增高而逐渐升高的总体趋势,而不同职业人群感染率中则以渔民为最高。三类村和丘陵型人群感染率与2005年相比略有升高。结论应进一步加强以传染源控制为主的综合防治策略的落实,加大查治病及其他防治措施的力度,提高防治工作质量与效果,防止疫情反弹。

Surveillance of endemic situation in national schistosomiasis surveillance sites in Hubei Province,2005-2009

Objective To understand the schistosomiasis endemic situation and patterns of schistosomiasis transmission in Hubei Province from 2005 to 2009,so as to provide the scientific evidence for policy-making.Methods The surveillance was carried out in 16 national surveillance sites of Hubei Province according to the national surveillance protocol,and the data were analyzed statistically in the five years.Results From 2005 to 2009,the infection rates of residents were declining year by year,the infection rate of the secondary-rank village was the highest in all the villages,the infection rates in embankment regions were significantly higher than those in the hilly and mountainous regions,and the infection rates went up while the age increased.The infection rate of fishermen was the highest among the different occupational crowds.Conclusions The infection rates of the national surveillance sites have declined year by year,The focus of control measures should be laid on strengthening the implementation of infections sources control.
