甘草酸二胺预防吡喹酮肝功能损害的临床观察

98例慢性血吸虫病患者随机分成治疗组、对照组。治疗组50例,吡喹酮60mg/kg,2d内4次分服,服吡喹酮前1周,口服甘草酸二胺胶囊150mg,日3次,共15d;对照组吡喹酮60mg/kg,2d内4次分服。治疗后1周检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),治疗组为(40.62±2.65)U/L,对照组为(78.42±8.26)U/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P(0.05)。甘草酸二胺对预防吡喹酮肝功能损害有一定效果。

Clinical effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate on prevention of hepatic injury induced by praziquantel

A total of 98 patients with chronic schistosomiasis were divided into two groups： Group A and Group B. Fifty patients of Group A were administered with 150 mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules orally , three times one day for 15 d, one week before the administration of praziquantel （ the total dose was 60 mg/kg）, and the patients of Group B were administered with the same dose of praziquantel only. One week after the treatment, all patients were examined for ALT. The mean values of ALT were （40.62±2.65） U/L and （78.42± 8.26） U/L in Group A and Group B, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Diammonium glycyrrhizinate has some effect on the prevention of hepatic injury induced by praziquantel.
