| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护士长心理健康状况的总体情况及精神病院与综合医院护士长之间的差异。方法选用症状自评量表（SCL—90）对159名护士长进行测查。结果护士长的心理健康状况总体水平较好,精神科护士长在强迫（t=2.36,P〈0.05）、精神病性因子分（t=3.3,P〈0.002）明显低于综合医院护士长。结论护士长的心理健康状况与工作环境及护理对象有一定的联系。

| Abstract: | Objective To expiore the total situation of psychological health of the head nurses the differences between the matrons of mental hospital and comprehensive hospital.Methods A total of 159 matrons were tested by self rating scale（SCL-90）.Results The head nurses＇ mental health condition overall level was good,the scores of psychiatric head nurses of mental hospital were lower than those of comprehensive hospital in force（t=2.36,P0.05）,psychoticism factor（t=3.3,P0.002）.Conclusion The head nurses＇ mental health has correlation with working environment. |
