摘    要:目的:建立小白蒿中5种黄酮类化合物的同时测定方法,为综合评价小白蒿最佳采集时间提供参考依据。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法测定小白蒿中5种黄酮类化合物的含量,并对不同采集时间小白蒿和不同部位中5种黄酮类化合物的含量进行比较。结果:在所用的实验操作条件下,5种对照品溶液分别在1.00~40.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8),2.00~80.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 9),0.50~80.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 6),1.00~40.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 3)和1.00~40.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 4)具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.31%(RSD 1.60%),98.14%(RSD 1.03%),98.37%(RSD 1.57%),97.92%(RSD 0.94%),98.16%(RSD 1.20%)。结论:实验结果表明,小白蒿花中黄酮类化合物的相对含量较高,最佳采集时间为6月中旬到7月末。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determining five flavonoids in Artemisia frigida in order to review the collection time. Method: The content of five flavonoids in different collection time and parts of A. frigida was determined by HPCE and the content was compared to predicate the collection time. Result: The linear ranges of five flavonoids were 1.00-40.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8), 2.00-80.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9), 0.50-80.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 6), 1.00-40.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 3) and 1.00-40.00 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 4) respectively. The average recoveries of five flavonoids were 99.31% (RSD 1.60%), 98.14% (RSD 1.03%), 98.37% (RSD 1.57%), 97.92% (RSD 0.94%), 98.16% (RSD 1.20%). Conclusion: The content of five flavonoids in the flower is more than that in other parts. The optimal collection time is from the middle of June to the end of July.
