| 摘 要： | 目的研究建立肠康颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对肠康颗粒中黄连、乌梅进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法,测定方中君药黄连中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果在薄层色谱中能检出黄连和乌梅;盐酸小檗碱在5.59～178.88μg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）。平均加样回收率为：103.3%（RSD=1.26%,n=6）。结论建立的方法对方中二味药材能准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测,可用于肠康颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for changkang keli.Methods Coptidis rhizome,mume fructus were identified by TLC.The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC.Results Coptidis rhizome,mume fructus could be identified by TLC.Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 5.59～178.88 μg/ml（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery（n=6） was 103.3%（RSD=1.26%）.Conclusion The methods were accurate and quick,which could be used for the quality control of changkang keli. |
