| 摘 要： | 目的:分析儿童急性阑尾炎的临床表现,诊断及治疗特点.方法:对2006-01～2009-12间治疗的0～13岁阑尾炎患儿资料进行回顾性分析.结果:总共118例,男性76例,女性42例,手术110例,急性化脓性阑尾炎(A组)84例,急性单纯性阑尾炎(B组)19例,慢性炎症急性发作6例,神经内分泌癌1例.共做超声检测107例,A组超声异常58例,B组4例,两组差别明显(P<0.01).白细胞总数和中性粒细胞分类比,A组和B组无明显差别(P>0.05).结论:重视儿童急腹症的体格检查,常规进行血常规,超声等检测,必要时采用CT和MRI辅助诊断,加强年轻医生培养,减少误诊及漏诊,避免阴性阑尾切除.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical situation,diagnose and treatment of acute appendicitis(AA) in children.Methods:To collected the clinical data of AA in children who treated in our hospital from Jan,2006 to Dec,2009,aged 0~13 years old.Results:In all of 118 cases,there had 76 males and 42 famales.In which of them,110 had in surgical treatment,pathologic diagnosis of them had be proved in follow:84 acute suppurative appendicitis(group A),19 acute simple appendicitis(group B),6 acute episode of chronic inflam... |
