山莓化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对山莓的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex-20柱色谱、重结晶,并经高效液相色谱等技术提取分离山莓的化学成分,用UV、IR、EI-MS、ES-MS及NMR等光谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从山莓乙醇提取物的石油醚部位分离得到化合物1~6,分别鉴定为豆甾醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、Homofukinolide(4)、Bakkenolide-B(5)、Bakkenolide-D(6);从二氯甲烷部位分离得到化合物7~10,分别鉴定为4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(7)、芹菜素(8)、木樨草素(9)、山莓素(10)。结论化合物4、5、6、7、8、9首次从山莓子中分离得到,化合物10是新化合物。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents in Rubus corchorifolius. Methods Chromatography on silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 columm,recrystallization and preparative HPLC technique were used to isolate and purify the compounds.Spectroscopy methods including UV, IR, EI-MS, ES-MS and NMR were used to elucidate the structures of compounds. Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified as: stigmasterol (1), beta-sitosterol (2), daucosterol (3), 4-hydro-3-methlbenzal acid (4), apigenin (5), luteolin (6), Homofukinolide (7), Bakkenolide-B (8), Bakkenolide-D (9), 3,5,9-trihydroxy-7,8-dihydrocyclopentag]chromene-2,6-dione(10). Conclusion Compound 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 were isolated from Rubus corchorifolius for the first time. Compound 10 was a new compound.
